Prof. Mortada El-Shabrawi is Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Hepatology at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. He served as a Standing Committee Member of the International Pediatric Association (IPA) from 2019 to 2023 and is the Immediate Past President of the International Society of Tropical Pediatrics (ISTP). His professional work encompasses pediatric hepatology, academic leadership, and international collaboration in child health.
