Prof. Khaled A. S. Matar is a Senior Consultant of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the European Gaza Hospital, Palestine. He serves as Head of the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Department and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of Gaza. He is also affiliated with Al Azhar University, Palestine, and serves as Head of the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Scientific Committee. His professional roles encompass clinical practice, academic teaching, departmental leadership, and scientific service in gastroenterology and hepatology.
